green circular object traveling over reno extremely fast.

Bright green glow traveling from west to east. Appeared to be moving through very light cloud cover and was traveling extremely fast.

At one point green glow seemed to hesitate slightly and go out, then almost instantly reappeared and then traveled east over mountain range.
