Bright light explodes followed by blue stream traveling fast north to south above shoreline all power ceased fire reported south

Crackling earsplitting sound at same time of exploding bright light tailed by blue stream of light traveling fast from north to south above shoreline caused all power to cease after a few seconds power returned.

Note: fire reported south of sighting in Hobe Sound Florida shortly after.
