Traveling down 39 toward Hershey Park on our way to see Fireworks for the 4th.

Literally hundreds of people along the highway ( some other people were looking up at this object, but did not get to talk to them) AS driving down the highway my three children, ages 12-9 spotted what appeared as a orange pulsating fireball like object flying slowly toward highway 39. Was orange with yellow aura around it.

At first I told my kids, its probably a firework or a plane. But I soon realized as it got closer, it was not burning out, was not making noise and was getting brighter and larger.

After a few minutes, it seemeed to be following the vehicle and flew overhead.

At that point my 12 year old daughter got very upset, started freaking out and saying. "Its a large circle with a orange light in the middle! It's hovering over the car! Its a UFO!"

At that point I stopped the car immediately into a parking lot. I looked up and the oject shut off its lights.

It appeared at first to have completely vanished until my 10 year old son and myself looked over at the treeline and saw the shadow of a craft hovering over the trees. IT was shaped like a layered cake.

My son drew what looked like a three tiered circular object with an antanae on top.

I watched the object flip on its side, and then was a perfect black circle, which then flew off slowly with no sound. As I watched it it then took off in the blink of an eye upward too fast for any terrestrial plane to accelerate.
