My daughter (47) just came back from walking her dog and told Me her dad (69) and Mom (68) that she just observed a blue light just like the ones on poilce patrol cars streak across the sky. It was travelling west to east this lasted aprox 3 seconds. Daughter is a collage educated, and i am retired law enforcement.
