bright green light, fast moving.

Saw bright green light moving from east to west, *very* fast, from just past the middle of the sky, into the horizon. To me, this gave it the appearance of a "downward-moving" light. The green light appeared to be the same size and intensity of the green light on a red/yellow/green stoplight, but I couldn't tell if it was low in the sky, or high up.
