Eastern CT - orange lights in the sky

Observed 3 sets of three slow-moving orangy lights moving Northeast possibly from the Norwich, CT, area towards the Foster, RI, border area.

Lights did not flicker or flash like standard aircraft.

Could possibly have been military helicopters, yet there were no sounds.
