CRAFT HOVERING IN WEST SEATTLE WITH CHANGING LIGHTS

I saw a bright white light in the sky next to the moon. It was standing in one spot over five minutes, then started to use only red for one minute. Then red and white with a blinking pattern for five minutes. The lights would go all off and reappear with the red, white, and greenish blue flashes, scrolling around. The scrolling lights helped show the shape of the craft.

The craft would hover, then went north, came to the original spot, then moved west. Came back to original spot and hovered again.

I still couldn't believe what I was seeing till a air plane showed and flew under the craft. The craft held still and I know it is not another air plane because of the size, lights and movement was not the same... and a air plain wouldn't fly under a helicopter.

After 30 minutes staying in see able location the craft finally decides to move south east towards downtown Seattle where I saw a lot of airplanes surrounding the craft.

I was thinking maybe they are trying to figure what was gong on. The craft continued to head south east.. and vanished. My fiance took a video from his cell phone and it shows how it was hovering and showing some of the colors.

I HAVE NEVER SEEN A AIR PLANE OR HELICOPTER CHANGE DIRECTIONS WITHOUT TURNING AROUND... JUST SAYING :)
