bright multi colored fast moving circliar object that responded to tactical led strobe light.

we observed an object that was first hovering lower than commercial airlines what seemed to be just above the tree line. when i pointed the object to my friend it was very bright, the color of iron ore. that's what caught my attention. we were comparing to an air plane that was flying near by. when the object started to change to a blueish green color we decided to shine an led strobe light at the object. as soon as the strobe light turned on the object disappeared, but as soon as we turned the light off it would reappear. this went on about four or five times when finally the object rose straight into the sky very fast it reminded me of a falling star but going straight up. we lost sight of the object for about 30 seconds. we noticed it was directly behind us but as soon as we turned around it shot over our heads very high in the sky an then disappeared. it could have possibly been a second object. i have no logical explanation for the event i witnessed, b! ut what i do know it was no airplane or satelite if it is from our planet it is tecnology that would be highly advanced
