saucer shape,shinny 3/4 size of a 737.and still light out.

We saw a saucer shape fly over us going n.e. and we looked at it through field glasses and it was very shinny and crossed paths with a jet. It was above the jet and had no wings and it also was wobbling.we were were all freaked out!.
