A bright white circle in the sky moving slow and made no noise at all.

It's all real what i seen that night. I saw a ufo circular shaped although it was a bright white light only, moved very slow and had no sound to it at all. I was looking out my window and it moved over my head over my building. I stayed looking at it for about 3 minutes. Then i did some research over the internet and seen the same ufo in a couple of videos posted. The size of it was really big and the ufo was flying very close to the building. I live in a 6 story building, but like i said it made no noise and was very bright.
