Two Orange lights in the sky

Two orange lights in the north, one to the left was lower then the one to the right, then the one to the right moved above the one to the left, both were stationary. The top lights glow faded then the light was gone. The bottom light was glowing dark orange then went bright for about ten seconds, the bottom light remained stationary for about two minutes before it to faded away.
