Lights spinning in circles and flashing morse code like signals. Saw red , yellow, & clear lights in the sky. Hoovering way up in the air. It stayed there for proll 30.min. It would move occasionally, but not very far. The lights kept spinning in circles kind of like a helicopter. The whole object would flash/pulsate like it was doing morse code. I could not hear anything, and it was too high for a elicopter, balloon, blimp etc. my wife and I saw it, along with my parents, neighbors, along with my buddy who lives apps. 2 miles away. After 20min. I went inside and watched it fly away going SW, the saw it dive down until it fell below the tree/house line.
