A cluster of gold colored lights in a triangle shape appeared in the sky south of Newbury Park and disappeared about 2 sec. later

My husband and I were sitting outside around 10:30 p.m. when we noticed a cluster of gold toned lights in a triangle shape appear in the sky and then disappear as though a curtain closed on them.
