Orb of light flashing reds and blues, stationary for 15 minutes over North Charleston

Over North Charleston, orb of light seen flashing blues and reds. It then disappeared under the treeline after about 15 minutes. This occurred both the ninth and tenth of sept at approximately the same time and the same place in the sky. It was stationary for most of the time before heading underneath the trees out of my field of vision.
