| cone hovered above layton ut for one hour Southwest of layton, 15 miles south of hill air force base. A cone shaped object with three lights hovered for 1 hour. No movement or sound at all. The middle light was brightest Possibly air craft from base but helicopters make noise and planes dont hover |
