A slow moving bright flashing light which appeared to be triangular in shape of sorts

While on morning break talking to a coworker outside we noticed something suspicious flying object which flashed and looked to me like a triangular shape, I had made a joke that it was a mechanical butterfly but indeed had no idea what it was, and was not in the shape of a plane, it appeared to be approximately 5 - 10 ft in elevation it was the size of a small plane, the object came from northwest, and movement was slower than a Cessna, my friend had taken pictures of the unidentified object with his camera,
