Six pulsating fireballs flying over Foxhaven Marina, Lake Erie and straight up out of sight.

At 9:20 PM 0n 9/29/12 a co-worker and I were walleye fishing at night in a boat on Lake Erie at the entrance of Foxhaven Marina in Catawba. It was a full moon with very few clouds. My friend who was fishing at the back of the boat said to me, "what is that?" When I looked back toward the marina we saw what looked like three fireballs in sort of a triangular formation flying at a slow speed. I would compare the speed to a fast moving helicopter. There was no sound coming from them and they were probably at a two o'clock position from us.

As they moved over the marina and out over the lake they spread out a little and each one moved staight up through the thin cloud layer and disappeared out of sight. Less than a minute later there were two more orange fireballs like the first three that came from the same direction over the marina and followed the first three though the cloud cover. I thought it was over but maybe a minute later here comes one more ! single fireball flying over the marina and following the last five we had just seen. They reminded me of the the fireballs that come out of a roman candle I use to shoot on the fourth of July years ago. But these fireballs were pulsating and flying at a much lower speed with no sound. They seemed to be in control and knew exactly what they were doing and where they were going.

I was listening to Coast to Coast AM radio a few nights earlier when I heard two of these were sighted in New London Ohio which is just twelve miles from my home in Ashland and I was just telling my co-worker about these orange fireballs before we left for this fishing trip.
