Black rectanlge object moving north with a blue "knight rider" light that blink every couple of secs

Object was low lying, 500 ft max, about the size of a fridge to car size. rectangle black, with blue knight rider light that blinked ever 2 secs or so. drifted across the valley from point of the mountain north, watch from office building window until out of site. object was rotating and moving quickly.
