Fireballs appearing across the sky disappearing with jets circling the objects. Jets very low.

Fireball lights in sky. Bright. Would last for 2-3 minutes. Would move from east o south east of the sky. Saw other lights 2-3 blue bright lights moving very fast across the sky faster than any plane. Jets flying in circles around these objects. The lights were faster and than any of he jets around them. The lights would then suddenly disappear. The jets were flying very low and silent.
