Flew in straight line then flew upwards from one point.

I was standing outside of my work having a smoke. As usual I observed the night sky and to my surprise, I saw a dim white light above me.

It looked to be outside of our atmosphere, so I watched it flew in a straight line, about 1 minute after watching the object it seemed to stop and slowy fade away as if it was going straight up into space from that point while trying to stay focused on it

I noticed kind of a ring around the object and the light in the middle of the ring,

This was veiwed in london ontario at about 4:20 am until about 4:30 am may 30th 2013.
