Throbbing multicolored light witnessed over Clearwater Beach

I noticed a very bright light hovering over the Western horizon above Clearwater Beach. I watched it for about 30 minutes before it disappeared. I videoed a portion of the sighting with my cell phone. The light appeared to throb and was emitting red, blue and white light.
