Flickering amber light and constant noise

My husband and I saw flickering amber lights and heard a monotonous constant noise, sounding like an electric motorbike travelling South to North right over our property in Fort Lauderdale around 330 am on Wednesday, July 18.

Does someone know what that could have been?
