Pulsating light in eastern sky, moving north to south, random pulse while moving across sky.

Moving steadily across lower, eastern sky north to south over Wasatch Mountains. Much higher altitude than a military or commercial aircraft.

A smooth, pulsating light that would last 1 or 2 seconds, go dark for 3 to 5 seconds, and then light up again.
