Some kind of aircraft with a HUGE wingspan was flying very low over my neighborhood in Santa Fe, NM.

There were many very bright, fluorescent red and white flashing lights all across what appeared to be the wing span. The flashing lights illuminated quite a distance from the flying object.

The object flew southeast (away from the airport) and suddenly turned into an even brighter, more fluorescent blob, then seemed to head more to the east and continued on with bright white lights flashing - no red lights though.

The other strange thing, even though it was flying very low there was no noise whatsoever as there would have been if it was military aircraft.
