While riding in the passenger seat in our conversion van with my mom driving and other siblings asleep in the back. We were driving on the NJ turn pike-black horse pike, all wooded area very late/early in am mabye around 1-2 am, and I CLEARLY visually saw a round saucer hovering slowly while spinning at a slow rate as well in front of out car and above so I had a angle to see it clearly.

I said "Mom look what is that" she looks at it and looks startled and says " yea there's a military base over there, there probably testing" what I saw so many years ago at th age of 11 which has not left my memory unlike alot of other things I can easily forget bc of the elapsed time. The saucer shaped craft has fluorescent lights around it, of greens, blues, and yellows. They were sort of pulsating strobing lights.

But the craft was so close about alil bit over tree level that I could see the shape and color of the craft, which was a metallic based saucer with a dome shaped top. It was the first and only UFO I have seen since and had written down and drawn my account of the events bc I knew how serious it was.

When I bring it up to my mom she still says she remembers it, but says she just said the military base excuse because she really was unsure herself and never believed in UFO'S.
