Very bright circle of light that did not move for as long as I saw it (about 45 minutes).

Very bright white circle in the sky for about 45 minutes.

I don't know exactly how long it was out because I was on my way to a movie when I saw it.

When I came out of the movie at about 11:30, the bright light was gone.
