Fire-orange orb flying over Jenks faster than a jet and stopping before disappearing.

I witnessed a round orange object with some sort of flame or tail. It travelled very fast across the sky, and then almost completely stopped. It then seemed to change trajectory and disappear into a higher altitude. I then witnessed an airplane flying a similar coarse, and it was much slower. The object was the color of fire, but seemed to be being piloted. I called my friend after and noticed all the names in my iPhone were changed. This has never happened before!
