Red flashing dots witnessed by 5 people 2 in hillsboro. lasted over a hour and is still going on as if 2:03 AM.

Towards the southwest there s 2 red flashing dots but disant. Going in circles. They been there for over a hour and are still there as of 2:03 AM I have 5 witnesses.
