Long cigar object, 3 lights in back one in front. loud humming sound as it moved slowly

Noticed a loud humming sound on the backside of the house. Dog was barking, and went outside to check. Long cigar shaped object with three red lights in back, and one white light in front. Thought initially the white light was a star, but was moving along with the object indicating the front of the object.
