Flashing lights, unusual movements and no sound

Small flash of light every 2 seconds, no noise, couldn't physically see anything, I followed the way the flashing lights were traveling and were unusual movements (travels west for few 10 seconds, then shifts south for 8 seconds, then turns east for 3 seconds then hangs out in one spots for a minute, then heads south which seemed like at a faster speed, then disappear in the sky)...

Deffinetly no airplane or helicopter... Deffinetly no usual!!
