Silent, slow moving black triangle over east Travis county

In the summer of 2006, between early July and the end of August, I witnessed three separate events. One stands out far and above the other two, and I am fairly certain I can explain them in chronological order. I am grouping the three together because I do not know specific dates, and I am writing this report about 8 years late. July 30 is my best guess at a median date.

That summer I routinely spent evenings at my friend's house, a girl that I had a crush on. The first event was the only one to my knowledge that had another witness, and was at this girl's house. The second event was witnessed while walking to her house. The third was witnessed while walking from her house back home. All three were at night.

First Event: The girl and I were hanging out in her front yard near the basketball goal, and for just a second the entire sky illuminated with a flash of blue light. I am not sure, but the light may have originated to the west near Austin or Pflugerville.

Second Event: On a dark night, I saw a massive black triangular object creeping silently across the sky. This triangle may have been equilateral, but I can't say for sure. One thing I can say for sure is that I could clearly see the three defined edges, even through the darkness. It emitted no light and seemed to be flying low, though it is impossible for me to confidently give an estimate of it's altitude. I watched it until it disappeared past the tree line. This is the most amazing sight I have ever seen.

Third Event: I saw a bright blue streak of light zigzag on the horizon in the direction of Austin. In less than a second, it shot up and north at around a 45 degree angle, then went straight down, then up to the north at the same angle and disappeared.
