Was walking my dog and saw something flying near the stars.

The light was going in and out traveling to my north. It was way too high to be a plane. It was way out of our atmosphere.

It wasn't a flashing light..but more like a fire going in and out but for 30+ seconds.

My gut tells me that I witness something not from here. And too slow to be a meteor.
