Metallic object, flying slowly, maintained altitude and it was spinning. Traveling north. Never made a sound.

A metallic object was flying very slowly above the buildings, its shape was very strange and unsymmetrical, it was spinning and it maintained its altitude at all time traveling north and never made a sound.
