Slow moving UFO near Boise foothills.

Mmoving very slowly from NE to SW in front of foothills while on I184 driving N-NE. The contrail stayed with the movement of the object, never getting longer or shorter.

With 20 years in the Air Force, I am confident that this is no aircraft I have ever seen.

Other witnesses were my wife and daughter.
