On 3/14 from 4:05AM - 4:38AM I saw a white light that moved forward, hovered for a second or two, and then back tracked and hovered again and proceeded to do this for 40 minutes while changing shapes and color into red.

Today, 3/15 at 6:14AM, I saw the same white light for about 3 minutes - I went to get my camera and when I got back to my window, it changed to red, and shot up into the universe, with a smoke trail following behind.
