A small bright blue orb shaped ball of light diving at a angle and lasting around three to five secounds

I witnessed what looked like a small bright blue orb type light as the sun was setting. The light just dive bombed at a slight angle. I researched the sightings and found multiple witnesses across the country and world reporting the same thing (A light blue orb falling from the sky lasting around three to five seconds)
