red and white lights blinking in a row of circle.

I was standing on my window for some fresh air, but as soon as i turned my neck to the right side, i had seen something which is not usually seen by someone. At first i thought it was a plane, and later when i looked it carefully i concluded it as a UFO because it was soccer shaped i think and it had a dull colour with a row of circle of lights half red and half white blinking.

i was not able to take any pictures because of my poor quality of camera of my cell phone.
