Cone shaped beam of light 70ft off the ground.

Saw a beam of white light less than 70 feet off the ground about 50 from the side of the road driving home with my wife. Light was a perfect cone shape beaming in a field.there was a road 1/32 of a mile down the road I watched the light in my mirror and when I turned to look at it it was gone.

I rolled down the window to listen because I thought I might have been a helicopter, but it was nothing but silence.

Tomorrow I am going to look at the field where I saw the if UFO see if there is anything out of the ordinary.
