Driving on Interstate 35, going northbound to St. Paul, MN, my wife and I saw lights in the sky in Lakeville, MN.

I was driving north on I-35. I was in Lakeville, Minnesota, on exit 81 saw lights in the sky. The lights formed a big circle. The lights were single lights. It was hovering over the clouds.

We suspect that the lights were part of an advertising lights, projected into the cloudy sky by a local casino. However, we are not certain. PD
