Red Lights on a Triangular UFO

My family and I were out stargazing and noticed a small white light in the sky. We watched it for about twenty minutes.

We then saw a triangular UFO with red lights fly up from the ground to hover next to the white light. The red light triangle UFO then flew towards us and I snapped a picture.

It made a whirring sound as it flew.
