About the size of 6 houses. Hovering extremely low to the ground over a housing development making no movement.

As soon as I got off of the phone and turned my car towards the craft it started to move fairly slow away from me.

It resembled a drone but was way too large to be one. About 6 white lights around craft and made no noise.
