Driving with my daughter over train tracks near Washer St. when we both noticed in the sky a white light going across the sky at a fast rate of speed and then disappear. 10 seconds later a bright white light appear but was stationary for about 15-20 seconds then disappeared. Made no noise. Def not a shooting star.
