Orange, rectangular lights drifting across the sky

Around 22:00 on Friday, December 4, I saw between 5 and 10 orange rectangular lights drifting across the night sky in a general northeastern direction.

The National Weather Channel state the wind direction was blowing at 7mph in a SSW direction.
