Street lights turned off, transformer started humming, 3 flashes--green, purple.

All street lights turned off, the effect started behind me tuning off lights by two going up hill.

once the street was darken, the transformer started humming, up the hill we 3 flashes a first green dominated half the right horizon a purple on the left side then a final green flash on the right side. the flash were consecutive and lasted about 2 seconds.

The humming softened, and lights all turned back on about a minute or two after it started.
