Characteristics: Lights on object, Changed Colo

Triangle shaped object. Hovering over an hour. Red and green lights flashing sporadically. Sounded like a helicopter but def wasnt. Moved after one hour but went back to same spot. .maybe a few feet away. This went in for over three hours. I have video.
