Four red lights with two blinking green lighted object in sky

Noticed an object flying through the air from south to north in Middle Village NY at around 2030 hours on Friday, Aug 12, 2016.

Object had no sound, and had two sets of two red lights and right behind those were two green blinking lights. Moved swiftly and quietly through sky. Not sure how high, but approximately 500 to 1000 feet maybe.
