Big black tranparent blib in sky

Walking at Northern State Rec area and just caught a dark transparent blob come over the mountains to the southeast. There was one small one racing ahead of a huge one.

There some white fluffy clouds slowing moving.

This looked almost liquid. Our reaction was "what the hell was that?"
