9 unknown blue lights in formation above Hampton.

Around 4:25, saw 9 green lights in a pentagon like formation in the sky. The lights turned into an orangey red and faded into a fuzzy blue. Captured photos then went to work.

Lights stayed in sky while driving but could not see them when closer to Norfolk.
