Multiple colorful, flashing lights starting around 3 a.m. as if waiting for three solid white balls to form straight line

Starting Aug. 25 - rose for morning Constitutional around 3:15 a.m. and noticed colorful flashing light far in the distance viewing eastward out my second floor bedroom window, I noticed yet more. My partner and I watched the lights for about an hour through binoculars and I snapped some photos.

Going outside the next morning the same time there they were again plus more. Again took photos. There is a consistent formation of three bright white lights evenly spaced, in a straight line pointing east-southeast above the Grand Mesa. There are also two stationary lights on either side rapidly flashing blue green red amber

This is third morning I have seen this. Judging by the jet liner that flew far above them, they are an est. 8,000-10,000 feet, situated at various locations and elevations above the Bookcliffs, Grand Mesa and Palisade, Colo., or so it appears from my vantage in downtown Grand Junction.
