Cluster of about 10 closely spaced lights moving from east to west.

On I-215 on the east side of Salt Lake City, a cluster of about 10 blue/white closely spaced (could fit in a nickel at arms length) lights moving quickly from east to west. I could observe for only about 5 seconds as I was driving on the freeway.

First impression was a meteor. Not very bright and did not notice a tail.
